Doors always closed

On most days different times my husband and I visits both locations and it never fails the doors always locked with no one in there and only reason for him going thru the only one that has this specific thing do they even care maybe they have too much money today mlk store it was 5 of us sitting out there for long time most of left after awhile no note no nothing to inform customers about why I can't see how owners can afford to open close at different times today it was around 630pm
