Kratom rules in Texas

Texas enacted kratom regulations in SB 497, including a prohibition on sales to people younger than 18 and rules for labels, contamination, and alkaloid composition. The original act used Chapter 444; the current codification is Chapter 445. The existence of a store does not confirm that its products comply.
