Kratom rules in Rhode Island

Rhode Island now allows licensed sale and manufacture of kratom under the Rhode Island Kratom Act. The licensing system took effect April 1, 2026. A historical blanket-ban label is no longer accurate; consult the Department of Health for licensing and product requirements.
