Kratom rules in Ohio

Ohio has a kratom-specific controlled-substance rule, 4729:9-1-01.1. Its text distinguishes specified substances from mitragynine in natural leaf and ground natural leaf under Chapter 3715. Product form matters; this is not a blanket statement that all kratom products are permitted.
